| KMUV is a low power analog station on Fremont Peak 115 miles away with about 4.5KW ERP in my direction. It's normally very snowy but when conditions are exceptional the station becomes full quieting as seen in the image above. KMUV is currently being broadcast in HD on KION as virtual channel 23.1. KMUV has a construction permit switch to digital on RF 21 and that would mean I'd never see it again because I have a strong local station on 21 but it is uncertain if they're going to do that or just stay on KION. |
